• Contact details (name, email address, phone number) submitted through booking and contact forms
• Event details (date, time, location, service type, athlete/team name) provided during the booking process
• Communications with us, including emails and messages
• Payment information processed through our payment provider (we do not store card details)

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm booking inquiries and service agreements
• Communicate with you about your session, event logistics, and gallery delivery
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up communications
• Process payments and maintain billing records

3. Gallery and Photo Privacy

Photo and video galleries are delivered via password-protected links. You are responsible for controlling who you share gallery access with. CMP retains copies of delivered media for a period of 90 days post-delivery as a backup, after which they may be deleted.

We may use select images in our portfolio or marketing materials. If you prefer your images not be used this way, please indicate that at the time of booking or contact us at any time — we will honor opt-out requests.

4. Children's Privacy

CMP frequently photographs youth athletes as part of team and event coverage. When photographing minors, we require that the booking be initiated by a parent, guardian, coach, or authorized school/organization representative.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 13. Portfolio use of images depicting minors requires explicit parental or guardian consent.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt corrective action.

5. Payment Handling

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing details on our systems. Payment processors we use are PCI-DSS compliant.

Transaction records (amount, date, service) are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in our operations (payment processors, email delivery, gallery hosting) under confidentiality agreements
• When required by law, court order, or government authority
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of CMP, our clients, or others
• With your explicit consent

7. Data Retention

We retain booking records and contact information for up to 3 years for accounting and service history purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us.

Delivered media files are retained for 90 days as a backup before deletion. Web analytics logs are retained for 12 months.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal exceptions)
• Opt out of portfolio or marketing use of your images
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Our site uses minimal tracking. We use anonymized analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. No third-party advertising cookies are placed on your device.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These include HTTPS encryption on all pages, access controls on internal systems, and limited data retention periods.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take it seriously and will notify affected individuals of any breach as required by law.
